1. ABOUT THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes how Swirl Films, LLC (“Swirl Films,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Camp Duval mobile video game (the “Game”). The Game is a free promotional game created to support the upcoming Camp Duval movie and is distributed for iOS through Apple’s App Store and for Android through Google Play.
The Game is intended for users age 17 and older.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Swirl Films does not collect personal information through the Game. The Game does not require users to create an account, register, sign in, or provide a name, email address, phone number, physical address, payment information, precise location, contacts, photos, videos, microphone recordings, or other personal information.
The Game does not include advertising, tracking pixels, behavioral tracking, targeted advertising, or analytics. It does not use Unity Analytics or Unity Ads. The Game also does not offer in-app purchases.
3. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
The Game may store limited information locally on your device, such as game progress, high scores, sound preferences, or other settings needed for gameplay. This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to or accessible by Swirl Films. You can generally remove locally stored Game information by deleting the Game from your device.
4. UNITY TECHNOLOGY
The Game was developed using the Unity game engine. Swirl Films has not enabled Unity Analytics, Unity Ads, or other Unity services for advertising or user-behavior analytics in the Game.
Unity Technologies may independently process limited device, diagnostic, crash, or technical information when its technology or platform services operate. Any information processed independently by Unity is governed by Unity’s own privacy practices. 5. APPLE AND GOOGLE
Apple and Google may independently collect or process information when you download, install, update, or use an app through their stores or operating systems. This may include store-account information, device information, purchase or download history, diagnostics, and other technical information. Swirl Films does not control Apple’s or Google’s collection and processing of that information.

6. EXTERNAL LINKS
The Game may contain links that open a website, movie page, trailer, social-media page, app-store page, or other third-party service outside the Game. Those external services may collect information under their own privacy policies and may use cookies or similar technologies. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Game and does not govern third-party websites, services, or applications.
7. HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION
Because Swirl Films does not collect personal information through the Game, we do not use, sell, rent, share, or disclose Game-user personal information for advertising, analytics, profiling, or marketing.
If you voluntarily contact us by email, we will receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and the contents of your message. We will use that information only to respond to your request, provide support, protect our rights, comply with law, or maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell information submitted through support communications.
8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Game is intended for users age 17 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Swirl Films does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Game. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through an email or other communication, contact us at campduval@fearpix.com so we can review and, where appropriate, delete the information.
9. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION
Swirl Films does not maintain a server-side database of Game-user personal information. Information voluntarily provided through an email or support request may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, protect our rights, or comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for information we receive, but no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
Because the Game does not collect personal information, there is ordinarily no Game-user account or personal-data record for Swirl Films to access, correct, or delete. You may remove locally stored game progress and settings by deleting the Game from your device. You may also contact us regarding information you voluntarily submitted through an email or support request.
11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy if the Game, its features, our practices, or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised policy at the same public location and update the effective date. If a future version of the Game introduces accounts, analytics, advertising, purchases, online multiplayer, or other data-collecting features, we will update this policy and the applicable app-store disclosures before or when those features are released.
